【外贸英语】礼貌而不失体面地催客户

面对犯了懒癌、不及时回复邮件的客户,外贸小白们总是不知道该如何正确而体面地催客户!亲爱的们,福利来了,解决方案如下!



客户不会经常回复邮件,而对于一些问题我们又不得不得到客户的确认才能落实,例如催确认型号、订单、印刷品、付订金、付尾款等等。因此我们不得不多次发邮件催客户给答复。但是作为外贸新手,很难把握催促邮件的度,一个不小心,把客户也得罪了,就因小失大了。为此,我们特地为大家准备了几个邮件模板,仅供大家参考参考:
Customers will not reply email very often, but we have to get customer confirmation to implement for some problems, for example, to urge to confirm model, order, and artworks, to pay the deposit, balance and so on. So we have to give a reply email to push customers for many times. But as a novice of foreign trade, it is difficult to grasp the degree in email. If carelessly offense customers, you cannot see the woods for the trees. For this, we prepare several mail templates specially for you but only for your reference:

催客户确认订单
To urge customers to confirm orders


Dear **,
Good day. How are you ?
Long time no hear from you. Hope everything goes well with you.
May I know whether you have received my PI for confirmation? Or you can check again by the attached.
As you know, the price we give you is the best price we can offer, and as the increasing material cost and unstable exchange rate, we are afraid that it is hard for us to keep the price if you don't confirm it much earlier.
Hope you can understand and hope to get your reply soon.
