Product Solution & Service Consultant  ——Beijing

Provide pre-sales support to China Sales team and post sales training to customers

• Understand customer workflows and needs.

• Develop local presentations of product solutions that align with global messages.

• Introduce and present the presentations to the related sales team and help the sales teamto understand the key messages and be prepared to deliver them to the customers.

• Keep update of Clarivate Analytics solutions. Prepare and coordinate the necessary documents for distribution to the customers, the sales team and other function teams.

• Represent Clarivate Analytics to present at industry conferences and exhibitions.

• Deliver customer training - in the form of training sessions at customers’ own premises; public training courses and remotely, for example by WebEX to keep customer renew rate.

• Focusing on competition Intelligence and products analysis.

• Provide pre-sales support of products other than upon request.

  
  

Provide the professional service to our client

• Apply industry understanding, R&D expertise, analytics insights and skills to deliver on specific client led projects focusing on the identification of collaborative partnerships, commercial opportunities and providing competitive intelligence for the client.

• Leverage the expertise of Clarivate Analytics’s information assets to construct both quantitative and qualitative conclusions and analysis which will provide unique insights and decision support information for the client.

• Help Chinese companies / institutions to identify and progress opportunities that may be of interest to the client.

• Identify and attend relevant conferences in China and report on possible licensing or business opportunities.
