而牙釉质在 pH 5.5 时就会开始「脱矿」,在酸性环境时间越长,牙齿就被腐蚀越多。
饭后漱口,能快速让口腔 pH 值回归平衡,打断施法。
平时也要注意少喝碳酸饮料、果汁和其他甜饮料,少吃零食。喝完或吃完后也尽量立马漱口,清水就有用!
