一、论坛简介





南方科技大学系统设计与智能制造学院将于2024年12月27日-28日在中国·深圳举办系统设计与智能制造学院第二届人才论坛。

论坛面向全球邀约自动化设计智造两个学科相关领域获得较高学术成果、具有较好发展潜力的海内外优秀学者。通过专题报告和人才洽谈等形式,为海内外优秀学者搭建一个学术交流、思想碰撞和成果展示的平台,推进学科交叉与学术创新,加强国际合作,增进双方了解,促进共同发展。

二、学院介绍





系统设计与智能制造学院成立于2018年11月1日,是南科大探索和应用新工科教育理念的主要平台之一。学院紧密围绕国家及粤港澳大湾区在自动化相关领域的重大战略需求,重点发展先进控制理论与应用、人工智能与机器人、智能制造等特色优势学科。致力于探索国际化优秀人才培养模式,旨在培养具备卓越创新科研能力、强大国际竞争力以及深厚家国情怀的领军人才。目前学院已获批控制科学与工程学科博士点。

2023年1月,南科大自动化学科队伍正式加入系统设计与智能制造学院。学院下设控制科学技术和设计智造两个研究中心。控制科学技术中心围绕控制科学与工程一级学科形成了“控制理论与控制工程”、“模式识别与智能系统”及“导航、制导与控制”三个稳定且具有重要影响力的主干学科方向。设计智造中心涵盖工业与产品设计、智能制造、电子工程、机械工程、计算机工程、材料工程、系统工程等多个方向。

系统设计与智能制造学院正处于蓬勃发展中,诚邀本学科相关领域人才依托我院申报2025年度海内外人才项目!

1.领军人才

◉ 海外申请人:在国外著名高校、科研机构担任相当于教授及以上职务,或者在国际知名企业担任高级职务的专业技术人才。尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者回国(来华)工作时间在一年以内。引进后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作,并全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。

 国内申请人:具有在国内知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构等担任教授或相当岗位的任职经历,是国内相关领域优秀的学术技术带头人。

 聘任岗位:讲席教授或教授岗位。

 薪酬待遇:提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇。

 住房待遇:根据学校规定,享受公租房、住房补贴等待遇。

 其他支持:协助解决配偶工作,解决子女入学入托。



2.青年骨干


海外申请人:

  • 遵守中华人民共和国法律法规,具有良好的科学道德,自觉践行新时代科学家精神;

  • 出生日期在1985年1月1日(含)以后;

  • 具有博士学位;

  • 研究方向主要为自然科学、工程技术等;

  • 在取得博士学位后至2025年3月15日前,一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位,且具有连续36个月以上工作经历;在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的,可适当放宽工作年限要求;

  • 取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果,且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力;

  • 申请人尚未全职回国(来华)工作,或者2024年1月1日以后回国(来华)工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作或在海外无工作,全职回国(来华)工作不少于3年。

国内申请人:

  • 具有在国内知名科研机构、高校或大型企业研发机构等担任副教授或相当岗位的任职经历,取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果,且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。

聘任岗位:教授或副教授岗位。

薪酬待遇:提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇。

住房待遇:根据学校规定,享受公租房、住房补贴等待遇。

3.后备人才


海外申请人:著名高校优秀博士生,科研业绩突出。

国内申请人:著名高校或研究机构中级及以上专业技术职务者,或优秀博士后;

聘任岗位:副教授或助理教授岗位。

薪酬待遇:提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇。

住房待遇:根据学校规定,享受公租房、住房补贴等待遇。

其他支持:协助解决配偶工作,解决子女入学入托。



4.基础人才


博士论文答辩通过;

原则上年龄不超过35周岁。

聘任岗位:博士后岗位。

薪酬待遇:提供有竞争力的薪酬待遇。

住房待遇:根据学校规定,享受周转房待遇。

1. Introduction of the Forum

The School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing (SDIM) at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) will host the Second SDIM Talent Forum on December 27-28, 2024, in Shenzhen, China. This global event seeks to invite distinguished scholars from around the world who have demonstrated significant academic achievements and shown promising potential in the fields of automation, design, and intelligent manufacturing. Through keynote presentations, thematic discussions, and talent negotiation sessions, the forum will offer a dynamic platform for academic exchange, fostering collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of ideas across disciplines. This gathering of talent aims to inspire breakthroughs, strengthen international cooperation, and promote greater mutual understanding to drive shared progress and development.


2. Introduction of SDIM


The School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing (SDIM) was established on November 1, 2018, as one of the primary platforms at SUSTech for exploring and applying new engineering education concepts. The School is closely aligned with the major strategic needs of the country and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the field of automation, focusing on the development of advanced control theory and applications, artificial intelligence and robots, and intelligent manufacturing as its distinctive and advantageous disciplines. It is committed to exploring international models for outstanding talent cultivation and aims to train pioneering talents with outstanding innovative research capabilities, strong international competitiveness, and profound national and family sentiments. Recently, the school received approval to offer a doctoral program in Control Science and Engineering.

In January 2023, SUSTech’s automation discipline officially became part of the College of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing. The college now houses two major research centers: the Center for Control Science and Technology and the Center for Design and Intelligent Manufacturing. The Center for Control Science and Technology has established three significant research areas within the discipline of Control Science and Engineering, namely “Control Science and Engineering,” “Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems,” and “Navigation, Guidance, and Control.” The Center for Design and Intelligent Manufacturing spans a broad range of fields, including industrial and product design, intelligent manufacturing, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, materials engineering, systems engineering, and more.


3. Introduction of SUSTech


Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), located in the scenic coastal city of Shenzhen in South China, is a leader in China’s higher education reform. Since its founding, SUSTech has served as a model for innovation, fostering a high standard of research and positioning itself prominently among public research universities. In December 2010, SUSTech received formal approval from the Ministry of Education after more than a decade of preparation and growth. In February 2022, it was selected as one of China’s “double first-class” universities, achieving a “new Shenzhen speed” in higher education development. As one of the youngest institutions to achieve this status, SUSTech represents a new era of rapid progress in China’s academic landscape. 1. Leading Talent



Overseas Applicants: 

Eligible candidates are professional and technical experts holding positions equivalent to professor or higher at prestigious foreign universities and research institutions, or senior positions at internationally renowned companies. Applicants should either have not yet returned to China for full-time employment or have been back in China for less than one year. Upon appointment, candidates must resign from any overseas positions and commit to working full-time in China for a minimum of three years.

Domestic applicants: 

Candidates should have experience serving as professors or in equivalent positions at well-known domestic research institutions, universities, or R&D departments of large enterprises. They should also be recognized as outstanding academic and technical leaders in their respective fields within China.

Appointment position: Chair Professor or Professor.

Remuneration:  Offer competitive remuneration packages.

Housing treatment:Access to public housing and housing subsidies in accordance with university regulations.

Other support: Assistance with spouse employment and support for children’s school and nursery enrollment.



2. Young Cadre



Overseas applicants:

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, demonstrate strong scientific ethics, and embody the spirit of scientists in the new era.

Born on or after January 1, 1985.

Hold a doctoral degree.

Conduct research primarily in natural sciences, engineering, technology, or related fields.

Must have obtained an official teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institute, or enterprise R&D organization after earning a doctoral degree and before March 15, 2025, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience. For applicants who earned their doctoral degree overseas and have shown exceptional achievements, the work experience requirement may be relaxed.

Possess research or technical achievements recognized by peer experts, with the potential to become an academic leader or distinguished talent in the field.

Should have not returned to China for full-time work yet or plan to return after January 1, 2024. Upon receiving the grant, applicants must resign from any overseas positions or be unemployed overseas and commit to working full-time in China for a minimum of three years.


Domestic Applicants:

Applicants who have served as associate professors or equivalent positions in well-known domestic research institutions, universities or R&D institutions of large-scale enterprises, have achieved scientific or technological achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field.

Position: Professor or Associate Professor.

Remuneration: Provide competitive remuneration packages.

Housing treatment: enjoy public housing and housing subsidies according to university regulations.

Other support: assist in solving the spouse's job, solve the children's enrollment in school and nursery school.



3. Reserve Talent



Overseas applicants:

Exceptional doctoral students from prestigious universities with outstanding research achievements.

Domestic applicants:

Holders of intermediate or higher professional and technical positions at renowned universities or research institutes, or exceptional postdoctoral researchers.

Appointment position: associate professor or assistant professor.

Remuneration:Competitive salary packages.

Housing treatment:  Access to public housing and housing subsidies per university regulations.

Other support:Assistance with spouse employment and support for children’s school and nursery enrollment.



4. Fundamental Talent



Applicants:Successfully completed doctoral dissertation defense.Generally under 35 years of age.

Position:Postdoctoral Fellow.

Remuneration:Competitive salary package.

Housing treatment:Access to temporary housing per university regulations.


6. Enrollment Method


Applicants interested in participating in the Talent Forum of the School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing can submit their applications via email to [email protected]. Applicants may choose to attend the forum either online or in person. The college will send invitation letters to qualified applicants after reviewing their applications. Scholars invited to attend in person should arrange their own round-trip airfare to participate as scheduled. The college will reimburse invited in-person attendees for round-trip travel, food, and accommodation expenses, with specific reimbursement details provided in the invitation letter.
