Snr Manager of Digital Commerce Marketing
Responsibilities:

Work with sports category teams to lead the Nike.com digital marketing strategies across all digital marketing channels

Work closely with Nike.com business leads to ensure marketing supports the platform’s dynamic business objectives

Lead a team to drive constant improvements in Revenue, Traffic and ROI for SEM, SEO, Social, Email, Affiliate and Display media channels

Manage multiple marketing agencies to ensure high quality and timely deliverables, including the daily execution, weekly/monthly/seasonal marketing report, campaign marketing plan, etc.

Partner with internal stakeholders and sports category teams to manage content and day-to-day execution of campaigns

Execute and manage a comprehensive marketing plan and calendar in order to maximize consumer moments and elevate key brand initiatives on Nike.com

Partner with marketing leads for TMall and HK businesses to ensure consistency in cross-platform communication
Requirements:

Education/Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
-
Strong communication skills and abilities to resolve issues
-
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
-
Nike product knowledge highly preferred

Website Technology understanding a plus but not required

Personal initiative and ability to drive towards solutions a must

10+ years of ecommerce marketing experience

Team management experience

Experience leading multi-dimensional projects across an organization

Experience in consumer and/or retail/ecommerce analytics
