但是,目前这个想法还没有被证实,如果下一步的申请被批准,Bhatti教授就会实施这个计划,并追踪褪黑激素的补充对DNA的损伤、嗜睡、警觉性、整体健康的影响[1]。
想想看,到时候如果给晚上工作的人补充了褪黑激素,DNA损伤能被修复的话,那就厉害了!简直是造福了晚上作死不睡和被迫不能睡的人啊!
不过,在这之前,Bhatti教授建议晚上工作的人应该注意健康,保持良好的生活方式,保持良好的睡眠,并且注意饮食和锻炼,积极抵御癌症风险[1]。
所以啊,晚上不得不工作的人,请你更要好好生活!那些和我一样作死晚睡的人,珍爱生命,让我们从按时睡觉、修复DNA做起!
