Mr.Hunks, this room is for IQC (Incoming quality control). It is divided into several areas. Here is qualified materials area and over there are defective materials and materials to be tested.
Hunks先生，这间房用来做来料检测，它被分为几个区域。这边是合格品区，那边是不良品区和待检区。
Do you check all the incoming materials? I mean every individual piece of it.
你们会检测所有的来料吗？我是说每一件都会检测吗？
Well, we check every single piece of them first. And then we'll do sampling test. If the materials pass the sampling test, we will give a pass to them. If they fail, we will negotiate with our vendors or return them back.
我们首先对物料进行全检，然后做抽样检测。如果物料通过了抽样检测，就判定为合格品。如果没有通过抽样检测，我们就会和供应商沟通或者退回物料。
Do you have ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to follow every kind of material?
你们公司采用了ERP系统来跟踪每种物料吗？
Yes, of course. Every department in our factory uses ERP system. Each kind of material has their unique bar-code.
当然，工厂每个部门都使用ERP系统。每一种物料都有独立的条码。
I see, can I take a look at your SMT room? Is there any inspection in the SMT room?
明白了，我能看看你们的贴片房吗？贴片房里面有质量检测吗？
Yes, there are four inspectors in the SMT room. We have two SMT lines. Since the SMT room is a dust-free environment, I hope you don't mind to watch from outside over the glass.
是的，贴片房里有四名质检员，我们有两条贴片生产线。由于贴片房是无尘环境，请不要介意咱们隔着玻璃观看里面的情况。
No problem. I can see that they are skilled technicians.

You're right. For SMT room, we only recruit technicians who have more than two years of experiences.
