不过也有行业内人士对此保持乐观,Human Longevity公司的首席医疗官Brad Perkins认为,全基因组测序真正成为基础临床应用的速度会比我们想象的要快[6]。
总的来说,新的研究提示我们,对于健康人来说,虽然目前全基因组测序在初级的、基础的医疗保健中不太适用,但是反过来说,接受了测序的健康人的检测结果对他们的健康护理相信是会有所改善的。
