She has served as a mid-level and senior management team coach & organizational system coach, head of human resources and head of market strategy in foreign companies. She has taught in colleges and universities for 13 years, including 7 years as the director of the college mental health counseling center (associate professor) and other cross-functional career experiences.Ms. Wu has obtained many professional certifications, including the American Hogan Talent Assessment, the British Lumina Spark & Leader, psychological counseling, and international peer learning facilitator.
