Read a newspaper: No, not the digital news feeds and the made for you subscription mails. An actual newspaper like The Indian Express or The Pioneer and especially the editorial column. You will see the change in yourself within a month.
Travel Solo: Two pairs of clothes, a toothbrush, a soap and your wallet. Leave behind everything else and go where you feel like. Travel in the cheapest buses or train, sleep outside temples and churches, eat at local village festivals. Come back tanned with a different perspective to life.
Listen: Not many people are good listeners. And people associate more with people who listen to them patiently and then put their point forward. This is a very underrated trait.
Running: Start off small, run a kilometre or so at a steady speed. Increase it on a daily basis. If not daily, make sure you run 3–4 times a week. Running makes your mind free and sweat is just pure magic.
Shout: Not all the time. Whenever you feel low, or feel life is slippery away. Go and stand in front of the mirror and scold yourself. Tell yourself that you are good enough. Take out all the rage and frustration on yourself. You will realise it changes your outlook towards life.
