Electronic Arts Inc. is a global leader in digital interactive entertainment. Mr. Stuart Canfieldhas deep experience across global finance, investor relations and operational leadership within EA and the interactive entertainment industry. He has led the financial strategy of EA’s studios organization and, more recently, EA’s enterprise financial planning and investor relations functions.

Ms. Mala Singh has served as our Chief People Officer since October 2016. Ms. Singh was previously employed by EA from 2009 to 2013, serving as Vice President, Human Resources, EA Labels from 2011 to 2013. Prior to rejoining EA, Ms. Singh served as Chief People Officer of Minted, LLC from January 2014 to October 2016. Ms. Singh earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University - New Brunswick.

Mr. Eric Kelly has served as EA's Chief Accounting Officer since August 2021. Since joining EA in 2003, Mr. Kelly has held several positions within EA's finance organization, including Vice President and Worldwide Controller from January 2014 to August 2021 and finance leadership roles such as CFO of Asia and European Financial Controller. Mr. Kelly holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Jacob J. Schatz has served as EA’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since June 2014. Mr. Schatz joined EA in 1999, and prior to his current role, he served as Deputy General Counsel and as Vice President from 2006 to 2014. Mr. Schatz earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and received his undergraduate degree from Pomona College. Mr. Schatz is a member of the Bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and several United States District Courts.

Ms. Laura Miele has served as EA’s President of EA Entertainment, Technology & Central Development since June 2023. Ms. Miele joined the Company in March 1996 and has held several positions at the Company, including Chief Operating Officer from October 2021 to June 2023, Chief Studios Officer from April 2018 to October 2021, Executive Vice President, Global Publishing from April 2016 to April 2018, and several senior roles in the Company's marketing organization.

Mr. Jeffrey T. Huber is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He is Senior Vice President at Google Inc., where he has worked since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Huber served as Vice President of Architecture and Systems Development at eBay Inc. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Huber was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Excite@Home, where he worked from 1996 to 2001. Earlier in his career, he was a Technology Consultant with McKinsey & Company and founded a software development start-up. Mr. Huber holds a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Masters degree from Harvard University.

Mr. Richard A. Simonson is Lead Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. He is Lead Director since 2009. He has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sabre Holdings Corporation since March 2013. Previously, Mr. Simonson served as President, Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Rearden Commerce from April 2011 through May 2012. From 2001 to 2010, Mr. Simonson held a number of executive positions at Nokia Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Head of Mobile Phones and Sourcing, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President & Head of Customer Finance of Nokia. In 2001, Mr. Simonson was Managing Director of the Telecom & Media Investment Banking Group of Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays Capital, Mr. Simonson spent 16 years at Bank of America Securities where he held various positions, including Managing Director & Head of Global Project Finance, Global Corporate & Investment Bank, San Francisco and Chicago. Mr. Simonson is also a director of Silver Spring Networks. Mr. Simonson holds a B.S. degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an M.B.A. from Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Luis A. Ubinas is an Independent Director of Electronic Arts Inc. Mr. Ubinas has served as President of the Ford Foundation from January 2008 to September 2013. Prior to joining the Ford Foundation, Mr. Ubinas spent 18 years with McKinsey & Company, where he held various positions, including Managing Director of the firm’s west coast media practice working with technology, telecommunications and media companies. Mr. Luis A. Ubinas as serves on the U.S. Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation, the World Bank Advisory Council of Global Foundation Leaders, the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group of the President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council, and the boards of the New York Public Library and the Collegiate School for Boys. Mr. Luis A. Ubinas as also served as a director of Valassis Communications, Inc. during the past five years. He holds a B.A. degree from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Ms. Talbott Roche has been appointed to EA’s Board of Directors effective June 6, 2016.

Ms. Heidi Ueberroth is the independent director of the company. She is the President of Globicon, a private investment and advisory firm focused on media, sports, entertainment and hospitality industries. Prior to Globicon, Heidi spent nearly 20 years at the National Basketball Association in a number of senior positions, most recently as President, NBA International, where she was instrumental in the global expansion of the NBA’s brand and businesses. She oversaw the NBA’s international business functions across television and digital media, marketing partnerships, consumer products, events, marketing communications, and new business initiatives. Prior to joining the NBA, she worked at ESPN and Ohlmeyer Communications Company. She serves on the Board of Directors of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, the Pebble Beach Company and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She is also a director on several non-profit boards.

Ms. Rachel A. Gonzalez has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Starbucks Corporation since April 2018, overseeing legal and regulatory affairs, global security and ethics and compliance. Prior to joining Starbucks, Ms. Gonzalez served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Sabre Corporation, from May 2017 to April 2018 and as Sabre’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel from September 2014 to May 2017.

Mr. Kofi A. Bruce brings to the Board of Directors extensive financial expertise and risk management experience as a current public company Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Bruce had a 20-year career in finance leadership roles, including Treasury, Accounting and Controllership functions at public companies. In present and prior roles, he gained significant experience overseeing financial statement preparation, as well as the relationship with internal and external audit functions. In addition, Mr. Bruce brings to the Board of Directors his experience with operational strategies and risk management associated with consumer-facing businesses.
