领事馆招聘: 助理翻译

• Organizing of the events, meetings, visits (mostly cultural but also in the other fields like tourism, trade, press and media etc.);
• Interpreting into English and Chinese (Polish also welcomed);
• Translating into English and Chinese (Polish also welcomed) of the correspondence with the local authorities, institutions and individuals as well as content for the consulate's webiste and social media;
• Handling the telephone switchboard, answering the phones and providing the general information in English and Chinese (Polish also welcomed);
• Drafting the correspondence and other documents;
• Interpreting during visits, meetings and seminars with the participation of representatives of the Consulate;
• Protocol support of the meetings of the representatives of the Consulate with the consulate visitors;
• Support of the information and promotion events organized by the Consulate.

• Bachelor's degree,
• Strong organizational skills and good time management,
• Ability to multitask,
• Strong verbal and written skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Knowledge of Polish language will be an additional asset,
• Good communication skill, Creativity, Willingness to learn.
