长亭外，古道边，芳草碧连天。

晚风拂柳笛声残，夕阳山外山。

天之涯，地之角。知交半零落。

一壶浊酒尽余欢，今宵别梦寒。

Outside the parting pavilion,

Beside the old path,

The scented grass is cloud-kissing.

Evening breeze wafts at the willows,

My flute sounds bleak and bare,

The evening sunset is far beyond the hills.

At the far end of the skyline,

Around the corner of the earth,

Half of my bosom friends are drift apart.

A pot of bitter wine to end my sorrow,

Tonight my parting dreams are bleak and bare.
