荷兰虚商Youfone推出了一项新活动，该活动面向Vodafone公司荷兰分公司，T-Mobile公司荷兰分公司和Tele2公司荷兰分公司的移动网络用户。Youfone公司将为用户提供25欧元现金返还优惠，同时Hollandsnieuwe，Simpel及Ben公司的用户也可享受此优惠。参与此次优惠活动的用户可自主选购1个月的套餐，也可参与为期2年的套餐活动。

Dutch MVNO Youfone has launched a campaign aimed specifically at Vodafone Netherlands, T-Mobile Netherlands and Tele2 Netherlands mobile customers. The company will offer EUR 25 cash-back to these subscribers, as well as to customers of Hollandsnieuwe, Simpel or Ben. The promotion will apply for subscriptions that can be terminated on a monthly basis as well as for two-year Youfone deals.

斯里兰卡运营商Mobitel为其预付费宽带用户推出了“流量大礼包”服务。Mobitel公司的预付费用户现在可将自己一部分数据流量转赠给另一个Mobitel预付费用户。参与“流量大礼包”服务的预付费用户可在7天内转赠250MB至10GB的数据流量（250MB<=X<=10GB)。 如Mobitel公司用户在一既定月份内完成数据流量交易，该公司则在该月收取此用户2卢比的工本费。

Sri Lanka operator Mobitel has launched a Data Gifting service for its prepay broadband customers. Mobitel prepay customers can now gift a portion of their data bundle to another Mobitel prepay user. Using the Data Gifting option, prepay customers can make a minimum gift bundle of 250MB and a maximum gift bundle of 10GB with a period of 7 days. Customers will be charged a nominal fee of PKR 2 for the transactions done within a given month.

白俄罗斯移动运营商Velcom推出了基于云的虚拟基础设施服务。新的服务将通过IaaS(Infrastructure as a Service)提供。通过Velcom的云平台，业务订阅者能够托管他们的操作系统和业务应用程序，并在全球范围内管理这些应用程序。

这项新服务的目标受众群是在线上购物网站及应用、零售连锁店、物流公司、工厂、银行和IT公司。云平台是基于HPE设备和WMware软件开发的。新的Velcom云平台将启用无限数量的虚拟服务器，这些虚拟服务器具有不同的配置。在明斯克市的任何地点，客户都可使用租用链接。 

运营商目前正在明斯克部署数据中心，数据中心将为云服务增加更多功能，使云平台更可靠。

Belarusian mobile operator Velcom has introduced a cloud-based virtual infrastructure service. The new service will be provided over IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service). The cloud platform from Velcom will enable business subscribers to host their operating systems and business applications and to manage them from any location globalwide.

The new service is aimed at designers of online and business applications, retail chains, logistics companies, plants, banks and IT companies.

The cloud platform is based on HPE equipment and WMware software.The new Velcom cloud platform will enable the launch of an unlimited number of virtual servers with various configurations. Customers will be offered leased links to any location within the city of Minsk.

The operator currently deploys its data centre in Minsk, the data centre will add functions and reliability to the cloud service.
