The impact of technology around instrumentation and measurements is hugely increasing the impact on human daily life as well as in nanotechnology issues. Further research and development are of very importance to tackle not only processes in nanotechnology, but also to expand the applications. Nanotechnology is not only a geometric problem, but it is a process for reaching difficult objectives with efficient possibilities compared to other ways. In this regard, this conference is a forum for discussions and exchange in the fields of instrumentation, measurements and nanotechnology, with a wide spectrum of cross-disciplines such as environment, optimization, power, energy and control. The scope of this event is not limited but expandable to applied interdisciplinary fields also.

This year, the institutional organizer is Universidad Panamericana (Mexico) in which the conference will be held. The forum is a joint technical event of IEEE Instrumentation Measurement Society TC34 with a specific technical committee of IEEE Nanotechnology Council.

The 14th Asian Internet Engineering Conference (AINTEC) provides an international technical forum for experts from industry and academia. AINTEC especially aims at addressing issues pertinent to the Asia and Pacific region, with vast diversities of socio-economic and networking conditions, while inviting high quality and recent research results from the Internet research community at large. AINTEC 2018 follows the thirteenth successful editions held in Thailand. CALDAM 2019 invites papers describing original research in the areas of design, analysis and experimental evaluation of algorithms and in discrete applied mathematics. Papers must be typeset using LaTeX/LaTeX2e and may not exceed 12 pages in LNCS style, including bibliographic references. Further details may be included in a clearly marked appendix that will be read at the discretion of the program committee. Only electronic submission is allowed. Submitted papers must describe previously unpublished work and may not be submitted concurrently to another conference with refereed proceedings or to a refereed journal. There will be Best Paper Awards of Springer for outstanding research papers.

Semantic Computing (SC) addresses the derivation, description, integration, and use of semantics (“meaning”, "context", “intention”) for all types of resource including data, document, tool, device, process and people. The scope of SC includes, but is not limited to, analytics, semantics description languages and integration (of data and services), interfaces, and applications including biomed, IoT, cloud computing, SDN, wearable computing, context awareness, mobile computing, search engines, question answering, big data, multimedia, and services.

The technical program of the 13th IEEE International Conference on Semantic Computing (ICSC 2019) will include workshops, invited keynotes, paper presentations, panel discussions, poster sessions, and more. Submissions of high-quality papers describing mature results or ongoing work are invited.

Authors are invited to submit an 8-page (regular),  4-page (concise, industry) technical paper or 2-page extended abstract or poster. All manuscripts have to be prepared in double-column IEEE format following the guidelines available on the ICSC2019 web page.  All papers will be included in the the Conference Proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Distinguished quality papers presented at the conference will be selected for submitting extended or enhanced version for publication in internationally renowned journals.
