阿里巴巴集团马云今年提出了五新的说法，其中一新为新能源，提到第一代的能源是煤，第二代的能源是石油，而第三代的能源就是数据，而这个也呼应了他之前提到的DT时代的说法。本周的封面就是在讨论当全球最有价值的能源从石油变成数据以后政府需要做何变化，所谓大数据到底给我们带来了什么，又给那些大公司带来了什么。（也可以参考下我之前的书评走进大数据的阴暗面）。在中国部分用两篇文章的篇幅讲述了一带一路，在商业部分还有一篇关于中国巴菲特的文章，因为6号就到了一年一度巴菲特股东大会了。本周还有特别报道讨论银行业，有兴趣的可以关注。

本周要分享的经济学人推荐书籍是在3月18日提到的The Creative Spark，长久以来一直有个问题众说纷纭就是人类跟其他动物的区别在哪里，或者说是什么让人类跟其他动物与众不同，本书给出的答案是Creativity，这让我想起来未来简史中对于此问题的答案：“人最大的能力就是能够通过虚构的故事，将成百上千甚至是更多的人聚集在一起，让他们能够相互合作”，通俗点说就是会忽悠，画大饼，想想跟这本书的结论还蛮像的。觉得有意思需要进一步了解的可订阅。
