为此,Anders Rosengren说,他们的研究重点是了解萝卜硫素是否真的能够降低血糖。至于把萝卜硫素应用到临床治疗,目前还不能以为药物的形式推荐给患者使用。不过,“从目前的情况来看,每天多吃一点西兰花确实对身体很好。”
当然,要想以吃西兰花的方式控制血糖,2型患者得做好准备了,因为恐怕每天将近5公斤的西兰花等着你享用。这个量有点太生猛了!不过,目前研究人员正在与瑞典农民协会合作,争取批准用作药物的西兰花粉。另外,再加上一些新兴的治疗方法,我们相信2型糖尿病会逐步被克服!
最后,作为西兰花的“死忠粉”,奇点糕按捺不住心中的激动,想对一位不喜欢吃西兰花的老朋友说,你不喜欢的这个“长得像草”的蔬菜,它真的是蔬菜界的扛把子,多吃点吧!
