是2020的文章:《CD52 Is Elevated on B cells of SLE Patients and Regulates B Cell Function》,配套数据集是:GSE163121,实验设计很简单的,就是 Single-cell RNA sequencing of HC (n=2) and SLE (n=3), 但是我看了看文章里面并没有提到是如何人为的筛选b细胞的,两分组就是简简单单的差异分析就好了:
