很多外贸人在做群发开发信时，会犯很多初级错误。邮件中含有大量SPAM词汇是众多初级错误之一。

什么是SPAM词汇？

SPAM词汇会造成你的开发信被退信或者掉入客户的垃圾箱。提升开发信送达率的一条基础准则就是保证你的开发信标题及内容尽可能少地含有SPAM词汇。

避开SPAM词汇的注意事项

1.有SPAM词不是肯定会进垃圾箱，没有SPAM词也不是肯定能不进垃圾箱。在其它条件相同的情况下，没有SPAM词汇的邮件肯定要比含有大量SPAM词的开发信要更安全。

2.当我们给陌生客户发送第一封邮件时，尤其要注意避免在邮件中使用SPAM词汇。因为邮箱服务器对陌生发件人的邮件筛选更严格。而给已经有过多次邮件往来的老客户发邮件时，则不必过分关注SPAM词汇。

3.外贸B2B的开发信内容要做到专业、权威、宁人信服。不要把开发信内容写得太LOW，就像路边的传单。所以从这一点出发，你自然就能避开很多SPAM词汇了。

4.可以使用同义词替代SPAM词汇。

5.如果实在要用SPAM词汇，请尽量少用或者降低SPAM词汇的出现频率。比如，十句话含一个SPAM词汇比十句话含十个SPAM词汇肯定要好得多。
