As a student’s union we are closed over the Christmas holiday period and on bank holidays so we have the best hours in the business!

We have great internal training opportunities and we are looking for someone who has a real passion for helping us make sure every student loves their time at Leeds.

You must be able to work within a team and offer a high quality service to our students on a broad range of advice, including housing, academic issues and complex emotional challenges. You will be representing and negotiating on behalf of clients, so you will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise varying work demands.

You will work across our Help and Support service, with a range of support services across campus and external agencies across the city. There will also be great opportunities to be involved in a range of creative and dynamic projects within our Strategic Plan. You will work both onsite at LUU and remotely, depending on the needs of the service.
