作为演艺圈上进的好青年，胡歌最近决定暂别演艺事业，赴美游学。目前他已经抵达美国，据报道称，预计他3月修习英文，7月到美国纽约大学修读电影导演课程。
话说起来，胡歌的英文底子还是不错的。前不久，他就现身某教育论坛，压轴登场发表英文演讲，分享他关于“教育”和“成长”的追梦之旅。

一开场，胡歌在现场演讲中谈了谈自己对于出国留学的看法。
“There are so many others who’s trying to study continuously in order to achieve their dreams. Whenever I come abroad, I often meet people from different countries and different cultures. As I communicate with them, I realize how much bigger my world becomes. So in my future travels and studies abroad, I will personally try to explore different cultures and learn new things in order to expand my world. I hope everyone here can also remove all obstacles and open your world to education.”
“有许多人为了实现自己的梦想正不断努力学习。每当我去国外时，我经常能遇见来自不同国家、不同文化的人。和他们交流的时候，我意识到我的世界变大了不少。所 以在未来的旅行和国外求学中，我个人会尝试去探索不同文化，学习新东西，从而扩大我的世界。我希望在这里的所有人也能克服一切困难，向教育敞开你自己的世 界。”

当主持人问到最难忘的个人经历时，胡歌用英文答到：
I think performing on stage is an unforgettable experience for me. And performances on stage require getting into the character quickly. And there are no NGs, which is very challenging. I welcome the chance to push my boundaries and produce outstanding performances which survive the test of time. I have another goal, [which] is to travel the world on my motorbike, where I can spend hours on the road with no distraction. I already bought my motorbike. Now I’m just waiting for a right time to experience this unforgettable journey.
