【聆听】治愈系的自创法宝

Hello,everyone.welcome to daily spoken English.好快呀,又到周末了。How was your week?小伙伴们这周过的怎么样?我是度过了忙乱的一周,而且因为忙,又引起了些情绪和身体上的不适。

不知小伙伴们有没有经历过这样的一天,工作上同事的不配合,领导的不理解,莫名其妙相关人员的蛮横刁难,工作推进缓慢,再加上个人身体的不舒服等等,总之感觉诸事不顺,心里憋了一肚子的气窝了一肚子的火没地方发,想扔东西想踢椅子腿想骂人。这时候什么管用,深呼吸?在心里默念“不要生气,不要生气”?或者告诉自己“慢慢来,慢慢来”?………统统的不管用。那怎样才能让自己的情绪平复、让心情好起来呢?跟大家聊一下我的自创法宝。

快乐搜搜搜

The first ,to find a way to make yourself happy.第一个法宝,我自己总结为快乐搜搜搜。意思就是多去想些快乐的事情,去寻找让自己快乐起来的方法。比如我就想,去年买了一件好漂亮的裙子一直没机会穿,明天我要穿上让自己美美哒;看朋友圈发现有朋友发了张特好笑的图片,现在想起来还会扑哧笑出声来;下班在下楼梯的时候,穿的长长的棉布裙子的裙摆轻轻的拍打着我的小腿,让我忽然就想起来n年前看的安妮宝贝的书,女主角都喜欢穿白色的棉布裙,光脚穿球鞋,然后裙摆轻轻的拍打在腿上,这么美好的画面让我觉得自己一下子文艺了起来,连气质都不一样了,怎么还会生气呢?

If your life feels like it is lacking the power that you want and the motivation that you need, sometimes all you have to do is shift your point of view. 

如果你觉得心有余力不足,觉得缺乏前进的动力,有时候你只需要改变思维的角度。


By training your thoughts to concentrate on the bright side of things, you are more likely to have the incentive to follow through on your goals. You are less likely to be held back by negative ideas that might limit your performance. 

试着训练自己的思想朝好的一面看,这样你就会汲取实现目标的动力,而不会因为消极沉沦停滞不前。



努力工作

The second,to work hard.那第二个法宝,我认为还是要努力工作。因为不管你情绪是好是坏,该面对的你还是要面对,该完成的工作你还是要完成。所以,我会再把注意力全部放在工作上,因为我发现当我把工作完成的那一刻,是我觉得最放松、最有成就感的一刻。这个时候,所有的曾经的不愉快,同事、领导、刁蛮的人在你眼里都成了最可爱的人。So , Remember that power is not necessarily control over situations, but the ability to deal with whatever comes your way.无坚不摧的能力才是最重要的,“越努力越幸运”!

Your life can be enhanced, and your happiness enriched, when you choose to change your perspective. Don't leave your future to chance, or wait for things to get better mysteriously on their own. You must go in the direction of your hopes and aspirations. Begin to build your confidence, and work through problems rather than avoid them. Remember that power is not necessarily control over situations, but the ability to deal with whatever comes your way. 

一旦变换看问题的角度,你的生活会豁然开朗,幸福快乐会接踵而来。别交出掌握命运的主动权,也别指望局面会不可思议的好转。你必须与内心希望与热情步调一致。建立自信,敢于与困难短兵相接,而非绕道而行。记住,力量不是驾驭局势的法宝,无坚不摧的能力才是最重要的。


努力爱

生活中有一些事情,there’s something,you can ‘t see it,but you can feel it.生活中有些事情,你无法看见它,却可以感受到它。Such as ,爱情love、努力effort.所以,努力工作、努力爱,才是打败一切坏情绪的法宝。

Always believe that good things are possible, and remember that mistakes can be lessons that lead to discoveries. Take your fear and transform it into trust; learn to rise above anxiety and doubt. Turn your "worry hours" into "productive hours". Take the energy that you have wasted and direct it toward every worthwhile effort that you can be involved in. You will see beautiful things happen when you allow yourself to experience the joys of life. You will find happiness when you addopt positive thinking into your daily routine and make it an important part of your world. 

请坚信,美好的降临并非不可能,失误也许是成功的前奏。将惶恐化作信任,学会超越担忧和疑虑。让“诚惶诚恐”的时光变得“富有成效”。不要挥霍浪费精力,将它投到有意义的事情中去。当你下意识品尝生命的欢愉时,美好就会出现。当你积极地看待生活,并以此作为你的日常准则时,你就会找到快乐的真谛。
