招聘 | Warehouse Manager（Site Manager）

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure proper planning and allocation of assigned warehouse resources and tasks.

Staffing planning based on history productivity and tasks forecast.

Monitor and control warehouse operation and ensure achievement of project KPIs.

Review KPIs and processes, leading process optimization and continuous improvement.

Execute self-assessment and ensure all warehouse activities in compliance with company policy and relevant regulations.

Support vendors/sub-contractors screening and evaluation, and push for improvement whenever needed.

Maintain a good relationship with customers, leading and solving emerging issues and customer complaints.

Ensure smooth internal & external communication.

Train/coach team members for improvement in accuracy, efficiency and quality.

Your Profile:

University graduate with 5+ years Logistics working experience, 3PL experience is preferable.

With Experience on WMS, SCM is preferable.

General Knowledge on logistics & freight forwarding operation.

Fair command of written English.

Goodplanning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
