这场圆桌会谈将在TIEMBA校友和教授之间展开讨论，围绕中国当前的战略重点——创新是中国未来发展的关键。嘉宾们会被邀请来分享他们的观点和经验相关的问题。比如：
* 如何培养中国创新型文化组织；
* 哪些颠覆性技术将推动现有产业，并催生新的产业；
* 如何与政府合作去推动创新和创造更高的回报;
* 以及创新创业企业如何成长。
嘉宾们还将讨论如何利用他们的EMBA人脉资源去挖掘新想法，依据这些新兴的趋势，找到合作伙伴去创造和追寻这些机会。
This panel will stimulate a discussion among TIEMBA participants, alumni and faculty around the topic of China’s current strategic focus on innovation as the key to the country’s future development.
Participants will be invited to share their views and experiences related to questions such as: how to cultivate an innovative culture in Chinese organizations; which disruptive technologies will drive change in existing industries and give rise to new ones; how to collaborate with government to drive innovation and generate higher returns; and how to grow innovative start-ups.
Participants will also discuss how they may leverage their EMBA networks to tap into new ideas and find partners to create and pursue opportunities emerging from these trends.
