1、In March, Caixin China's manufacturing PMI recorded 51.2, a sequential decrease of 0.5 percentagepoints.CEBM said that the development of the manufacturing sector is stillrelatively high. China's economy continued to improve in March, but near thewindow period of the second quarter, the signs of economic weakening have begunto appear, it may face greater downward pressure in the latter stage.

2、THE PEOPLE’S BANK OF CHINA (PBC) news, in March, it carried out Standing LendingFacility (SLF) operation of a total of 121.986 billion yuan to financialinstitutions, carried out Medium-termLending Facility operation of atotal of 497 billion yuan to financial institutions, the net increase of mortgagesupplementary loans to three banks totaled 108.9 billion yuan. In addition, it adjusted the SLFinterest rate since March 16th, the adjusted interest rates of overnight, sevendays and 1 month were respectively 3.30%, 3.45% and 3.8%.
央行消息，3月，对金融机构开展常备借贷便利操作共1219.86亿元，对金融机构开展中期借贷便利操作共4970亿元，对三家银行净增加抵押补充贷款共1089亿元。此外，自3月16日起，调整常备借贷便利利率，调整后隔夜、七天、1个月利率分别为3.30%、3.45%和3.8%。

Over the past a few years, China's consumption hascontinued to grow, and now the consumption growth is even faster than the past,China's economic structure has achieved a preliminary adjustment.

4、XinhuaNews Agency reported, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the first timeannounced the global holdings of foreign exchange reserves. As of the fourthquarter of last year, the RMB foreign exchange reservesreached $84.51 billion, accounting for 1.07% of foreign assets of the membersparticipating the official foreign exchange reserve currency constituentreport. In addition, the global foreign exchange reservestotaled $10.79 trillion, lower than the previous quarter’s $11.06 trillion.

8、Xu Lejiang,Deputy Minister of Ministry ofIndustry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, said that, in April and May,the inter-ministerial joint meetings will organize various departments to carryout special inspections to fight and ban the "ground bar steel", in July and August, acceptance checksand selective examinations will be carried out to ensure that the "groundbar steel" disposal program is implemented in place in accordance with thetime requirements.
工信部副部长徐乐江表示，4月、5月份，部际联席会议将组织各部门赴各地打击取缔“地条钢”专项督查，7月、8月份将会开展验收抽查，确保各地制定的“地条钢”处置方案按照时间要求落实到位。
9、Accordingto the statistics of CHINA NATIONAL COAL ASSOCIATION (CNCA), from January to February, 90 large coal enterprises completed coalproduction of 370 million tons, down 2 million tons year-on-year, a decrease of0.6%. Among them, the top 10 enterprises’ coal productiontotaled 220 million tons, accounting for 61.1% of large enterprises’ coalproduction.
据中国煤炭工业协会统计，1－2月，90家大型煤炭企业原煤产量完成3.7亿吨，同比减少0.02亿吨，下降0.6%。其中，排名前10家企业原煤产量合计为2.2亿吨，占大型企业原煤产量的61.1%。
