央行消息，3月，对金融机构开展常备借贷便利操作共1219.86亿元，对金融机构开展中期借贷便利操作共4970亿元，对三家银行净增加抵押补充贷款共1089亿元。此外，自3月16日起，调整常备借贷便利利率，调整后隔夜、七天、1个月利率分别为3.30%、3.45%和3.8%。

4、XinhuaNews Agency reported, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for the first timeannounced the global holdings of foreign exchange reserves. As of the fourthquarter of last year, the RMB foreign exchange reservesreached $84.51 billion, accounting for 1.07% of foreign assets of the membersparticipating the official foreign exchange reserve currency constituentreport. In addition, the global foreign exchange reservestotaled $10.79 trillion, lower than the previous quarter’s $11.06 trillion.
