工作职责：
This role will beresponsible for performing operational support duties of the Facilities &Real Estate Department.
Maintaining the facilities operation and ensure all facilities, propertiesand office service functions operate effectively and efficiently.
Supervise, schedule and coordinate contractors for repair &maintenance, improvement works and all facilities related contract services.
Ensures all work, including contracts, maintenance works and project worksconform to local rules and regulations.
Perform all other dutiesand responsibilities as assigned by Asia Facilities Manager and China teamlead.
任职资格及要求：
Expected to travel up to 20% of the time within China and Taiwan.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical/Civil Engineering/FacilityManagement with minimum 2 years of responsible facilities experience in amultinational environment.
l Requires a well-rounded knowledge of industrial facilities, E&S andgovernment compliances requirements.
Also should have had some experience in E&S compliance and policiesand real estate knowledge.
Communications skills - Must be able to communicate in verbal and writtenform sufficient to deal with all levels. Must be able communicate in Mandarinand English. Good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and strong troubleshooting skills, excellent safework habits.
Computer skills - Must be reasonable self-sufficient and able to use Lotusnotes, Microsoft office, Autocad and other related PC programs effectively.
Possession of fire fightingcertificate & first aid certificate preferred.
