Package（under body）
Key Responsibilities:
R26; Technical Leadership for delivery of vehicle concept an d package at platform area according to program targets;
R26; Study all aspects of overall vehicle package especially at platform area;
R26; Ensuring the package complies with legal/corporate requirements
R26; Lead an d drive technical problem solving activities related to package;
R26; Tracking the packaging issues an d conflict resolution;
R26; Report the packaging status to manager, project leader in the developing process
Basic Requirements:
R26; Good broad component working knowledge across the E-Powertrain/ Chassis/ HVAC/ Cooling/ Body Engineering groups ;
R26; Have good knowledge about vehicle attributes, e.g. Vehicle dynamic, Thermal, operation strength, NVH, serviceability, final assemble, etc.
R26; Good communication, coordination an d organization skills
R26; Capacity to make clear report an d assessment;
R26; Self-discipline an d organizational ability;
R26; Team cooperation spirit
Special requirement:
R26; at least 1 EV vehicle program experience for ‘Engine bay’ area packaging.
R26; Well know Enova V6 system.
English Skills
R26; Well spoken an d written communication skills in English
upper body engineer
Work in team with Geo Integration Design Managers to :
1. Perform the DMU check （Digital Mock Up ） using CATIA tool for Top Hat （upper body）
l Identify static clearance/interference issue thru DMU check
l Capable to run kinematic simulation by CATIA FIT & KIN to mock up the moving parts travel an d identify dynamic clearance/interference issue.
2. Familiar with INT an d EXT integration development an d related criteria （GB,SAE, etc）.
3. Able to be responsible for some compartment integration （IP, Console, Door, etc） job independently
4. Support alternatives studies in concept project phase by preliminary CAD design.
5. To support other module group an d make proposal for components’ package
6. Fulfill ECO CAD review an d approval in QPLM thru CATIA DMU check
7. Support to define the visual BOM according to project definition.
8. Be responsible for Geometry Integration tracking list an d tracking all DMU issue resolving.
9. Support SDE to generate design criteria an d master section

- Good skill of problem analysis an d report
- Familiar with complete vehicle structure
