职位描述：

1、Assist in the translation of marketing communication materials /collaterals；                   2、Internal communication with sales for sales requests like gift, catalogues request and delivery ；

3、Support to deal with daily communication work, like sample ,gift, catalogue and seminar applications in APAC ；                                

4、All kinds of literatures updates, re-layout and double checking, like catalogues, brochures, posters, easy pull for customers, distributors and internal users；                                                       5、Support the branding transition issue for Cooper branded products and Cooper Nature branded products, like updating all the logos, literatures, promotion materials；                            6. Other support as needed。

 任职资格：

1、proficient in English and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PDF etc.), Photoshop；
2、at least 3 days/week, better last for 6 months。

1、协助各项薪酬福利及员工健康管理工作；

2、整理核对参加各类活动的人员信息，并与HRBP核对确认；

3、协调各项活动的宣传材料，如海报及易拉宝的制作和分发；

4、协助翻译各类文件；

5、其他人力资源部相关工作。 

 任职资格：

1、本科学历及以上，大三、大四或者研究生在校学生 ；
2、做事认真负责，细心，沟通能力强；

3、熟练掌握各种办公软件， Excel 处理能力强；

4、英文基础良好，可以独立起草各种沟通邮件；
5、每周满足至少3天全天上班（必要时可请假），至少需要工作5个月（6月到10月）。

职位描述：

1、Review commercial contracts in English and in Chinese; 审阅中英文商务合同；

2、Identify and analyze legal and contractual risks; 指认和分析法律和合同风险；

3、Make review comments and revise the contracts if needed; 摘录纪要，有需要的话修改合同。

任职资格： 

1、Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week during semesters, and full-time in holidays; 每周至少三天，寒暑假期间全职；

2、Fluent in both oral and written English; 流利的英文口语和书面表达；

3、Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable school with a law degree will be a plus; 优先考虑优秀的法学院学生；

4、Proficient in MS office tools; 精通电脑操作，尤其是 office软件；

5、Team player and self-motivated; 有独立工作和团队合作的精神；

6、Good communication and interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通技巧。
