Today, Accenture becomes a Great Place to Work ^® Certified™ organization and is recognized as one of the " Best Workplaces in Greater China™ 2021 " for the first time. This is a testimony to our unwavering commitment to creating a great workplace for our people.

People are at the heart of Accenture's success. To help the organization focus on the things that are most important to our people, we commissioned Great Place to Work ^® - a global workplace culture consultancy to conduct research and certification program, encouraging all employees to share their feedback openly.

In this survey, we had a remarkable 79.1% participation rate and received nearly 20,000 suggestions and feedbacks. Our people think highly of Accenture's Truly Human culture and work environment , and attractive compensation and benefits. 88% of respondents agreed that "taking everything into account, Accenture is a Great Place to Work. "
