Job Requirements
• 4+ years of data center experience
• Must have strong technical and supervisory skills and be detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must be skilled in multi-tasking, working within a team environment, and prioritizing and managing the completion of projects to meet service objectives.
• Client Server knowledge is a must
• Hands on experience with implementation of software and hardware to support the data center environment.
• Requires performing hands-on operations and backup duties or sharing on-call duties as needed on 24 X 7 basis.
Skill
•Proven knowledge for running a data center in an efficient way.
•Knowledge of electrical use in maintenance and operation of mission critical storage & power equipment; switchgear, redundant UPS systems, DC battery strings, multi-source electrical utility switchgear, standby generators, diesel fuel storage and delivery systems knowledge will be a plus.
•4+ years of experience in customer service roles or similar functions.
•Understanding of Ticketing or Workflow Management systems and tools.
•Understanding of Configuration Management Tools and information.
•Experience in vendor management, ability to manage and monitor progress to ensure objectives are achieved for outsourced maintenance and projects.
•Strong experience managing escalation and emergency issues.
•Familiarity with Project Management principles is preferred.
•Proper communication skills

•有执行软件和硬件的经验，支持数据中心环境。
•需要执行动手操作和备份职责或共享通话职责，需要在24×7的基础。
技能
•有效的数据中心运行的知识。
•知识的使用维护和运行关键任务的存储和电力设备开关设备，冗余UPS系统，直流电池串，多源电器开关柜，备用发电机，柴油储存和输送系统的知识将是一个加。
•4年以上客户服务或类似职能工作经验。
•了解票务或工作流管理系统和工具。
•了解配置管理工具和信息。
•有供应商管理经验，能够管理和监控进度，确保外包维护和项目实现目标。
•有管理升级和紧急事件的经验。
熟悉项目管理原则者优先。
