对小部分人来说，过敏能送命，唯有避而远之。但对大部分人来说，过敏像鞋里的沙子，好像不值一提，又硌着你让你难受。鼻塞喷嚏荨（xún）麻疹，瘙痒水肿拉肚子。在这种慢性折磨下，我们不免有点怨气。
但过敏不是过敏原的错。是你的免疫系统兢兢业业，遇到敌人就剿灭敌人，没有敌人就自己做自己的敌人。把怨气撒在无辜的花粉海鲜上，这不合适。埋怨自己，也不合适。
我们可以看看别人是怎么过敏的。
北美有一种孤星蜱虫（Lone Star Tick），它的唾液中含有一种叫alpha-gal的糖分，被咬人的免疫系统会对其产生抗体。但alpha-gal在红肉与牛奶中都有，所以被孤星蜱虫叮咬后，被咬人可能就此改命，对红肉过敏，被迫做素食主义者，无法参与集体聚餐，最终成为天煞孤星。
职业过敏是一种常见现象，每个医院都有对橡胶手套过敏的医生，每个研究院都有对研究对象过敏的科学家。
还有对母乳过敏的婴儿，对草过敏的马，对自己精液过敏的男人……有人对水过敏，不敢喝水，不敢流汗，不敢洗澡，难受起来也不敢哭。
有人对抗过敏药过敏。此题无解。
