北京时间12月8日晚间消息， 微软 宣布，已正式完成收购 LinkedIn 交易。
微软今年6月宣布，将以262亿美元现金收购LinkedIn。本周二，欧盟有条件批准了这笔交易。
欧盟要求在合并交易完成后的五年时间里，微软要允许其他职业社交网站使用其Office程序，并给予PC厂商不在台式机上预装LinkedIn应用的选择权。
微软将继续保留LinkedIn品牌、文化和独立性， 杰夫·韦纳尔（Jeff Weiner）将继续担任LinkedIn CEO ，向微软CEO萨蒂亚·纳德拉（Satya Nadell）汇报工作。LinkedIn创始人 霍夫曼完全退出.
领英中国因为是LinkedIn 与其他几家机构的合资公司，应该暂时不会受到太大的影响。
