Ziroom, China’s largest leading rental housing institution, has formed a strategic cooperation with Invesco Real Estate, a globally renowned investment company, to establish a joint venture platform. This joint venture will serve as the sole platform for both parties to invest in and manage rental housing assets in China.

This strong alliance between Ziroom and Invesco Real Estate has led to the platform’s first project in Beijing, with a total investment of approximately RMB 1.2 billion and 1,500 rental units. This rental housing project is expected to be completed in 2027.

AllBright Law Offices, led by senior partner David Li with support from senior associate Hongyu Liu and Shirley Cao, acted as the legal advisor for Ziroom in the joint venture and its investment.
