Ni Hao and a very warm welcome to all of you.  On behalf of the Board of Directors of Frost & Sullivan, my fellow partners, Dr. Neil Wang and my entire team in China, I welcome you to our inaugural event hosted in collaboration with Forbes. Thank you for taking the time to come and join us today. I wanted to share a few insights for all of you in the audience, which is focused around transformation. I think we saw in the There is massive transformation happening and coming. I would encourage companies to understand this transformation, and prepare for it. To overcome this challenge, we will significant collaborations and partnerships being established in the future. This trend will continue to increase exponentially in the coming days, months and year.

大家好！我谨代表弗若斯特沙利文董事会、我的合伙人王昕博士以及全体中国团队成员，热烈欢迎大家莅临2025沙利文中国企业家年会暨福布斯中国行业发展领创者评选荣耀盛典。感谢各位拨冗出席！今天我想与各位分享关于「变革」的洞察——我们正身处一场席卷全球的巨变之中。

One thing I want to let every know that this transformation is happening globally. Every part of the world is experiencing this change, no matter the industry, no matter the size of the company, no matter the region of the world. This transformation is coming and it's coming at a very fast pace. So being an industry consultant, being an industry research company, we have been monitoring the reasons, impact and the duration of this transformation. There are 8 strategic imperatives that are causing this effect. They are related to technology disruptions. We have seen technologies like Artificial Intelligence, quantum computing， data warehousing, etc., are all playing a very significant role in how and what we are going to do in the future. We've also seen massive megatrends that are changing the global landscape. These trends are no longer localized. They are global in nature. They will come and impact us in every direction. Likewise, there are huge changes happening in the business models. New business models are coming in practically every industry that we serve. It is no longer just happening in the business to consumer segment. It is in business to business as well. So, when you look at all this transformation, you also have to understand the geo political chaos that is impacting the world. You've all seen the impact of tariffs, etc. initiated by the new administration in the US. This will mean new market alliances, new supply chains, etc. that companies will have to considering the future. This is not going to stop in the near future. But with all these transformations, we see new and powerful opportunities that are in emerging in front of us. These opportunities have always been key to growing economies for governments, and business growth for corporates and investors worldwide.

无论企业规模、行业属性或所在地区，这场变革正以惊人速度重塑世界格局。行业转型和合作已经发生，并且成为未来趋势。作为行业顾问与研究机构，我们深入追踪其动因、影响与周期，发现几大战略因素正驱动这场变革：

So, for every company here, I would say, take advantage of this transformation, take advantage of this change, because change opens new opportunities that you have never ever seen before or in the past. Just AI alone will open so many different opportunities for us in our current business including new ones in the short term.

这些变革不会止步于当下，但危机中孕育的机遇同样前所未有——对政府而言，这是经济增长的新引擎；对企业与投资者，则是全球版图重构中的战略卡位战。

What we are finding is in order to come up with these new growth opportunities and leverage these opportunities, you have to look at innovation. You have to make innovation at the core of everything that you do in your business. Because innovation gives you hope and, in the process, allows you to tackle some of these big challenges, big issues that are plaguing every company in the world today. Let's make innovation the core of everything we do. Technology is ubiquitous. It's available to everyone in every part of the world. You can now take help of technology to solve the biggest challenges in the world. One thing I can tell you, having traveled to more than 85 countries in the world worked with business and corporates worldwide, including with governments, I can tell you, people in this room and people across the country of China are in very, very good shape. Your economy, your country, has made significant progress when it comes to leveraging and implementing technology. I remember about 10 years ago, Dr. Neil Wang took me to Nanjing to set up our new office. At Nanjing. I saw two buildings that hosted young entrepreneurs that were building technology solutions by leveraging AI when most of the world did not understand the word artificial Intelligence, China was way way ahead of the curve. This is a trend that you will see more and more in China. So, I tell everybody in this room, you are very fortunate. You as a country are doing very well, I believe the China’s impact to the global economy will continue to be profound. Very recently, I was in Germany and I can tell you today, every automotive OEM in the world is amazed about the way the China automotive industry is developing. BYD is pretty much in every major European country. And they are showcasing how technology needs to be delivered in a car. They are setting up global standards. Every major automotive OEM is studying and learning from Chinese OEMs. m So, what we are going to see is some significant development from companies in China in practically all industries. But one thing I do want to tell everybody in the audience, especially the entrepreneurs, that when you build solutions, you need to be part of an ecosystem. And those solutions must be solutions that are very unique that are simple to explain and that are scalable, that are powerful in terms of its social impact. There has to be a purpose. And this is very important. And I believe that in the future, every major entrepreneur, every major corporation in this part of the world, must also be involved in the giving.

对于在座的每一家企业而言：面对挑战，需以创新为锚点——唯有将创新植入基因，才能化挑战为机遇。我曾去过世界上85个国家，与世界各地的企业和政府合作。我可以告诉你们，这个房间里的人，以及整个中国的人民，都非常幸运。作为一个经济体，作为一个国家，在利用技术方面取得了显著进步。我记得大约十年前，王昕博士带我在南京见证年轻创业者运用AI构建解决方案，在当时世界上大多数人都还不了解人工智能时，中国已经走在了前面。我相信中国对全球经济的影响将继续是深远的。最近，我去了德国，比亚迪在欧洲取得显著发展，中国车企重新定义全球标准，这种势能正蔓延至所有产业。

To wrap up, I wanted congratulate every company that is being recognized today. I want to thank all our panel of judges who spent unbelievable number of hours going through a lot of details about your company metrics, about your accomplishments, and then finally selecting the companies that will be recognized here today.

On behalf of the Forbes and Frost & Sullivan China Industry Development Leaders Selection Committee, and withthe trust of the judges, I am honored todeliver a speech on behalf of the panel of judges.

来自多个领域的评选专家，均为业内翘首，认真听取了评选推荐人对每一位入围企业家的业绩介绍，对这些企业家的奋斗历程、取得的成绩高度认可。

The judges, who come from various fields and are all leading figures in their respective industries, have carefully listened to the introductions of the achievements of each shortlisted entrepreneur. We highly recognize the entrepreneurial journeys and accomplishments of these individuals.

我们认为，“2025福布斯中国行业发展领创者评选”有着非常积极的现实意义。中国是世界上的生产制造大国，以包罗万象、最丰富的产业链著称，有传统产业，更有新兴产业。从被推荐的企业家所在的行业看，既有生物医药、新能源、信息技术，也有餐饮业、物流、宠物、咨询业，甚至还有专门服务于结构生物学研究的冷冻电镜服务中心，可以说是高科技服务业的顶峰。只有想不到、不知道的，没有买不到、订不到的。这些企业家就像一条条产业链上的明珠，自身在发光，也代表和引领着一个个行业的创新发展。

We believe that the 2025 Forbes China Pioneer Innovators in Industry Development Selection has very positive and practical significance. China is a global manufacturing powerhouse, renowned for its comprehensive and diverse industrial chains, which include both traditional industries as well as emerging ones. Looking at the industries of the nominated entrepreneurs, we see a wide range, from biopharmaceuticals, new energy, and information technology to the catering industry, logistics, pet services, consulting, and even specialized services like cryo-electron microscopy centers for structural biology research, which represent the pinnacle of high-tech service industries. In China, there is nothing that cannot be bought or ordered virtually; the only limitations are imagination and knowledge. These entrepreneurs are like pearls on various industrial chains, each shining brightly while representing and leading the innovative development of their respective industries.

现在看来，仅以企业家们所具有的财富排序，还不能全面反映这些产业、服务业创新、发展、成长性的特点，特别是趋势性和引领性，应该以更多的要素来描述、反映和评价。因为这是一个世界级、历史性的现象。

Now it appears that ranking entrepreneurs solely by their wealth cannot fully reflect the characteristics of innovation, development, and growth potential of these industries and service sectors, especially their trend-setting and leading nature. A more comprehensive set of criteria is needed to describe, reflect, and evaluate these phenomena, as this is a world-class and historic occurrence.

The joint initiative by Forbes and Frost & Sullivan to conduct the China Pioneer Innovators in Industry Development Selection is undeniably authoritative,  highly rigorous and backed by a strong foundation in expertise.

尽管当今社会以AI、新能源、生物医药、新材料等前沿科技产业形成了非常活跃、汹涌的层层浪潮，瞬息万变，但在人类社会仍然有着深层、稳固的基本需求，并且越来越深刻，如对生存、健康、长寿的追逐，需要以服务业为代表的各个产业链。

Despite the fact that today's society is witnessing very active and surging waves of innovation in frontier technology industries such as AI, new energy, biopharmaceuticals, and new materials, which are constantly changing, there are still deep and stable fundamental needs in human society that are becoming increasingly profound, such as the pursuit of survival, health, and longevity. These needs are supported by various industrial chains, represented by the service sector.

医学很追求前沿，但对任何一位患某种疾病的人来讲，没有一个医学专业是小科室，是不需要发展创新的。在医院，不只是肿瘤科重要，得了皮肤病，皮肤科就重要，患了眼疾，眼科就重要。

Medicine may pursue the cutting-edge, but for any individual suffering from a particular disease, no medical specialty is a minor department that does not require development and innovation. In a hospital, it is not just the oncology department that is important. If you have a skin disease, the dermatology department is crucial. If you have an eye condition, the ophthalmology department is vital.

Taking this opportunity, allow me to express another sentiment from the standpoint of the China Hepatitis Prevention and Control Foundation. Entrepreneurs interact with consumers through their products, Forbes assesses entrepreneurs' wealth, and Frost & Sullivan facilitates the interaction between enterprises and society through professional consulting. In today's era of China's manufacturing and service development, there is another important aspect: corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, and charitable activities. The China Hepatitis Prevention and Control Foundation serves as a bridge and messenger of compassion between entrepreneurs and the vast number of patients with liver diseases in our country. Today, we are gathered here with the most outstanding entrepreneurs and industry leaders from across China. This is an opportunity for us to jointly explore business growth and industry development. We have just moved from the challenging year of 2024 into 2025, and especially in the past two months, we have experienced more profound and complex changes. On one hand, geopolitical situations have become more volatile, with the speed, extent, and uncertainty of the adjustment of economic globalization exceeding expectations. On the other hand, China's domestic investment and financing, domestic demand, and market confidence all require more vigorous stimulus and improvement. The urgency of technological and industrial innovation was also highlighted more prominently at the recently held The "Two Sessions" of the NPC and the CPPCC.
