职位描述:
The position is the north China sales head who isresponsible for north China biz and market, will lead the team to achieve moremarket share and more application.
工作职责:
1. Develop and implement marketing and sales plan toincrease company market share and volume;
2. Coordinate and manage sales, marketing and customersupport activities and distribution partner to ensure effective customersservice and gain share at customers;
3. Build and maintain the technical and commercialrelationships necessary to successfully develop targeted key accounts;
4. Participate in the negotiation of orders and contractsat established and new accounts to achieve the Annual Sales Plan for theterritory;
5. Manage the Design-In and Design-Win process as well asthe successful transition of Design-Wins to Production;
6. Coordinate internal resources in Marketing, FieldApplications and Engineering to ensure successful reference design engagementsat platform partners;
7. Create and maintain up-to-date customer profiles,activity reports and forecast to ensure clear communication to management team;
8. Develop sales strategies to achieve Design Win and revenuegoals
任职资格及要求:
BS orabove in EE, telecommunication or related areas, 5+ years of sales experience
1.Well-connected in cell phone industry;
2.Design-win experience with Top-tier ODM and brand customers of mobile devices;
3. Have apro-active attitude, open minded, willing to collect and share information tosolve problems;
4. Able toprovide support and guidance to young sales and distributors as a mentor;
5. Have agood understanding of modern wireless standards (WCDMA, 3GPP, LTE, Wi-Fi) andtheir requirements within power amplifiers;
6. Startupor distributor experience is desired
