一、 团队介绍
饶峰特聘教授(国家优青)团队主要研究
(1)相变存储器材料、机理与器件;
(2)发光材料(稀土/半导体)、机理与应用;
(3)二维电子与能源材料与应用;
(4)材料在原位外场作用下的透射电子学研究。
二、 应聘条件
(1)具有物理、材料、化学等相关学科博士学位或3 个月内可以完成论文答辩;有电子器件设计与制备相关经验者优先;
(2)年龄不超过32周岁;
(3)有较好的中英文写作水平、团队协作能力与开拓进取精神。
三、 聘期待遇
(1)按深圳市政府博士后研究资助规定,开题报告和中期考核合格后各可获得深圳市提供的补助,每期12万元(免税);
(2)每月发放2240元房补(免税),发放24个月;
(3)每月工资9000元(税前,非用人成本);
(4)住房公积金;
(5)350元/月误餐补助,每年发放10个月;
(6)提供周转房;
(7)博士后人员进站,可自愿选择落户深圳市。选择落户深圳市的,其配偶及未成年子女可办理随迁入户。博士后子女入托、入学等按深圳市相关条例执行;
(8)超出基础科研考核指标的绩效奖励:在权威期刊发表学术论文或者获得国家级科研项目的博士后,深圳大学按规定给予科研奖励或配套资助;
(9)博士后入站奖励计划。
