诊疗措施篇

一般治疗/健康指导/心理治疗

General treatment/health guidance/psychological treatment

医：您需要休息，不能劳累，注意保暖，避免受凉。您应该保证充足的睡眠。请您多喝水，每天至少2000毫升。

D:Please have a long rest, avoid strenuous activities,and keep warm to prevent yourself from catching cold.You should get enough sleep,and please make sure you drink no less than 2000 milliliters of water per day.

医：多饮水，及时排尿。

D:Drink plenty of water and urinate often.

医：请您定期监测血压/血糖。

D：Please monitor your blood pressure / blood glucose regularly.

医：不要抽烟或吃任何刺激性食物。

D:Avoid smoking or eating any spicy or irritating foods.

医：请您注意休息，避免剧烈运动。

D:Please take a long rest and avoid strenuous exercise.

医：7天请您不要吃油腻食物，吃一些清淡的食品。

D：Please avoid any oily food and have a light diet for 7 days.

医：可以多食富含维生素C的食品，如新鲜蔬菜和瓜果。

D:Food rich in vitamin C is recommended,such as fresh vegetables and fruits.

医：只要您按时用药很快就会好转，如果期间有什么不舒服，请您及时来医院就诊。

D:As long as you take the medicine regularly,you will get better soon.If you feel any discomfort,please come to the hospital immediately.

医：您应该停止吸烟，否则疾病很难控制。

D：You should stop smoking,or it will make your condition worse。

医：饮酒过量会损害您的健康。

D:Drinking too much alcohol is harmful for your health.

医：请您仰卧位准备做红外线治疗。

D:Please lie on your back for infrared therapy .

药物治疗

Pharmaceutical treatment

医：这些药品是用来治疗感冒。

D:These medications are used to common cold.

医：这个药需要3天口服。一天3次，每次2片。

D:This medicine should be taken orally 3 days.Three days times a day,2 pills each time.

医：我给您开具一些药品，您先用3天，如果期间有什么不舒服，请您马上到医院就诊。

D:I will prescribe some medications for you. First,use it for 3 days. If you have any discomfort, please go to the hospital immediately.

医：药物服用方法，我给您写到这里了，您能看明白吗？

D:I have written down how to take the medication here.Can you read it clearly?

医：请将眼药水滴入患侧眼睛，每天4—6次，每次1-2滴。

D:Please apply these eye drops into the affected eye,four to six times a day,one to two drops each time.

医：如果您感觉疼痛，请服1片药，但每次服药间隔至少4小时。

D:If you feel pain,please take 1 tablet,but make sure it has been more than four hours since your last dose.

医：这是您的口服药，每天3次，每次2片，饭前/后服用。

D:Please place this pill under your tongue until it dissolves.

医：饮食清淡，适当增加运动量。

D:Maintain a light diet and increase the amount of exercise moderately.

医：饮食有节制，不要吃过冷、过热或不干净的食物，粗细粮食要合理搭配。

D:Have a moderate diet with a proper combination of both rice/ flour and whole grain food,and avoid food that is too cold,hot or unclean.

医：远离过敏原。
