这套住宅是由Laura Seppänen操刀设计，面积为160㎡。公寓整体选用了大面积的暖灰色调，整体追求干净纯粹的极简风格。
客厅大面积白色大理石的使用，增加了空间整体的通透度。柔软蓬松的沙发搭配白色大理石茶几，色调和谐统一，显露优雅轻奢气息。
The use of a large area of white marble in the living room increases the overall transparency of the space. The soft and fluffy sofa is paired with a white marble coffee table, in a harmonious and unified tone, revealing an elegant and luxurious atmosphere.
厨房与餐厅位于客厅后方，柔和的木纹凸显了整体的细腻质感。餐桌上方的吊灯独具设计感，与岛台利落的线条相呼应。
The kitchen and dining room are located behind the living room, and the soft wood grain highlights the overall delicate texture. The chandelier above the dining table has a unique design, echoing the neat lines of the island.
厨房与客厅采用开放式布局，很好的利用了不大的空间。大面的落地窗为客厅引入了充足的光线，营造明亮的视觉感受。
The kitchen and living room adopt an open layout, making good use of the small space. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of light into the living room, creating a bright visual experience.
书房中依旧延续了纯木材质的使用，与客厅相呼应，营造空间的连续感。
The study still continues the use of pure wood, which echoes the living room and creates a sense of continuity in the space.
书房内窗户的存在让住户能够在工作的同时欣赏风景，舒缓心情。陈旧的木质书柜也展现了质朴之感，编藤椅点缀着清冷的混凝土涂料墙，简约大方。
The existence of windows in the study allows residents to enjoy the scenery while working and soothe their mood. The old wooden bookcase also shows a sense of simplicity, and the woven rattan chairs are dotted with the cool concrete paint wall, which is simple and elegant.
