首次登录“北大讲堂online”微信公众号，北京大学校内用户需输入校园卡号或手机号进行校内身份认证，校外用户需输入姓名和身份证号进行实名认证后方可购票。

For first-time users of the official account, you will be required to sign up and verify your identity. If you are a PKU student, you may verify your student status through your student ID or mobile number. If you are off-campus user, you will need to verify your identity with your ID number and name.

进入“北大讲堂online”微信公众号，点击底部菜单栏的 【服务功能】 ，选择 【快速购票】 。

Click the bottom left column [services] and choose the first option [quick purchase] from the pop-up menu.

点击 【电影票】 或 【演出票】 ，查看在售活动信息。

Select either [Movie Tickets] (on the left) or [Show Tickets] (on the right) to see what tickets are currently available for purchase.

选择心仪演出活动，进入节目信息界面 【选择场次】 后点击 【在线选座】

Choose the performance/movie of your liking, choose the showtime that works for you and click on [online seat selection].

进入票图界面，点击想选择的区域，展开详细座位表，选择您心仪的座位，灰色为已售座位，彩色为在售座位，选中座位后点击 【选好了】 进入付款界面。

Once in the seat selection page, you may choose your seat by first selecting the section of your choice before selecting your desired seat. Seats are colour coded - grey seats are unavailable while coloured seats are available for purchase. Once you are done with seat selection, please click the [I've selected] button at the top right to enter the payment page.

确认订单信息后可选择“ 自取 ”或“ 邮寄 ”， 单张票价低于100元（含100元）仅支持“自取” ，选定后点击 【去付款】 ，成功付款后即代表购票完成。

Ticket collection may be done via mail or self-collection. Do note that if individual ticket prices are below 100RMB (inclusive), only self-collection is available. After reviewing your booking details and choosing your preferred collection method, please select [payment] . Ticket purchase is complete only after successful payment.

※门票售出，概不退换。购票时请您确认选购场次时 间和节目内容，现场购票时需将票、款当面点清。

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable. During purchase, please review your booking details carefully. For offline ticketing, payment and ticket collection must be made during seat selection.

单张票价高于100元（不含100元），可提供纸质票快递包邮服务。购票时同步填写好收件人信息，静候门票快递到家。为确保票的时效性，当购票日期距离演出开始不足三天时，请您选择“自取”。

Mailing of paper tickets is available if individual ticket prices exceed 100RMB (non-inclusive). During ticket purchase, you will be required to fill in your mailing details. To ensure tickets are delivered on time, please choose self-collection if the date of ticket purchase is less than 3 days from the show date.

Self-collection Details

购票成功后如选择“自取”，则会自动生成取票二维码，凭取票码可通过以下方式换取纸质票：

1. 讲堂售票处人工窗口 ：每日10:00－13:00，16:00－19:30

2. 讲堂西门自助取票机： 每日7:30 - 21:30

观众厅和李莹厅活动均可在此取票。

3. 观众厅入口室内自助取票机 ： 仅支持观众厅活动取票 ，活动开场前 40 分钟开放取票，由讲堂南门入场取票检票。

Self-collection of paper tickets may be done through the QR code generated after successful payment. With the QR code, you may get your paper ticket through the following methods:

1. PKU Hall Ticket Counter: Daily 10:00-13:00, 16:00-19:30

2. PKU Hall West Entrance Self-Service Ticket Machine: Daily 7:30 - 21:30

Tickets for the events at the Audience Hall and the Li Ying Hall can be picked up here.

3. Audience Hall Entrance Indoor Self-Service Ticket Machine: only available to the events at the Audience Hall, and 40 minutes before the opening of the event to pick up tickets, from the PKU Hall’s South Entrance to pick up and have the tickets checked.
