欧盟委员会表示，撤销对从中国和印尼进口不锈钢热轧卷的反补贴调查。

The European Commission says it is dropping its anti-subsidy investigation into imports of stainless hot rolled coil from China and Indonesia.

该调查是在欧洲钢铁工业联盟 Eurofer 去年提出投诉后发起的。然而，该联盟于今年 9 月撤销了投诉。

The investigation was opened following a complaint last year lodged by Eurofer. The same association, nevertheless, dropped the complaint in September this year.

欧盟委员会表示：“调查没有发现任何迹象显示继续审理此案符合欧盟的利益。”

“The investigation had not brought to light any considerations showing that a continuation of the case would be in the Union interest,” the European Commission explains.

Currently,investigations are on going to determine the possible imposition of anti-dumpingduties on stainless cold rolled coil from India and Indonesia. An expiry reviewof the existing measures against stainless CRC from China and Taiwan is alsoongoing, Kallanish notes.
