世界越是浮躁，

我们的内心越应该淡定。

因为内在的平静

可以抵御外界的干扰，

浮躁会使人性失去根基，

使清澈纯洁的心灵受到污染，

最终导致精神的贫困。

只有淡定才能于

浮躁的社会里坚守原则，

在物欲横流的社会里

保持内心的从容与淡定。

让心灵回归清纯，

淡泊明志宁静致远，

给心灵一片滋润的净土。

The more unpredictable the worldbecomes, the greater the need is for us to remain centered, for a calm innerself can withstand disturbances of the outer world. Unpredictability can shakea person’s foundations, can pollute a clear mind, and eventually lead toimpoverishment of the soul. Only by remaining centered can one stick to one’sown principles in an ever-changing society, in a materialistic society; can onecome back to purity, leading a quiet and simple life, not in pursuit of wealth.When one is centered, one can rest the mind in the comfort of the Pure Land.
