【活动通知】2024年全球工商法治大会 Global Business and Law Conference 2024

作为中国全国性贸易投资产业促进机构，中国贸促会成立七十多年来，一直致力于推动国际经贸往来、促进国家关系发展。面对世界百年未有之大变局，中国贸促会积极打造工商界共同应对全球性问题、培育国际经贸合作新增长点、推动全球法治体系建设的高端对话平台。

为此，中国贸促会将于2024年9月27日在北京举行第二届全球工商法治大会。大会将围绕“加强工商法治合作，推动世界经济发展”展开讨论，中国与有关国家领导人将在大会开幕式发表致辞，鼓励全球工商界和法律界加强合作，弘扬国际法治理念，共同推动全球经济治理体系改革和建设开放型世界经济。

届时，重要国际组织和全球法律机构、商协会负责人，知名企业家代表和专家学者等约700人将现场参会，深入交流探讨如何完善国际法治以引领时代变革，加强法治保障以推动创新发展，更好地发挥法治作用以促进工商合作,为携手应对全球性挑战，加强全球法治合作、推动全球经济发展贡献工商力量。

As China’s national trade, investment and industry promotion institution, the CCPIT has been committed to promoting international economic and trade exchanges and facilitating state-to-state relations for more than 70 years. Faced with momentous global changes unseen in a century, the CCPIT has actively built a high-level dialogue platform for the business community to jointly tackle global challenges, nurture new growth areas for international economic and trade cooperation, and promote the building of a global legal system.

Hence, the CCPIT will hold the 2nd Global Business and Law Conference in Beijing, China on September 27, 2024. The Conference will focus on “Strengthening Law-based Business Cooperation for Further Global Economic Development”. At the opening ceremony, leaders of China and relevant countries will deliver speeches to encourage the global business and legal communities to intensify cooperation, spread the idea of international rule of law, promote the reform of the global economic governance system and build an open world economy.

It’s estimated that about 700 delegates, including heads of major international organizations, global legal institutions and business associations, representatives of renowned entrepreneurs as well as experts and scholars, will attend the Conference and engage in in-depth discussions in Beijing on how to improve the international rule of law to lead the changes of the times, strengthen the legal safeguards to drive innovative development, and better utilize the role of the rule of law to promote business cooperation, contributing the share of the business community to addressing global challenges, intensifying global cooperation in the rule of law, and facilitating global economic development.
