A: Can you give me a copy of the latest meeting agenda?

A: 你能把最新的会议议程给我一份吗？

B: Okay. Here it is. It's the same as the one we sent to our client last Friday.

B: 好的，给您。和上周五我们给客户的一样。

A: Bad news. Our client told me their flight was delayed due to the heavy fog. They won't land until 11a.m. We need to make changes to the agenda and send a new version to all the attendees tonight.

A: 有点情况。咱们客户说他的航班因为大雾的原因延迟了。他们11点之前肯定降落不了。咱们得修改一下议程并且今晚把最新版的发给所有参会人员。

B: What time do you suggest we start the meeting?

B: 您觉得几点开始会议比较合适呢？

A: I suggest we start the meeting at3:00p.m. instead of 2:00p.m. Our clients still need half an hour to get familiar with the documents we prepared.

A: 我建议咱们三点开始而不是两点。咱们客户需要半个小时来熟悉咱们的相关文件。

B: Okay, I'll check if the meeting rooms are available at that time.

B: 好的，我来看看那个时间段有没有可用的会议室。
