但是后面说考试中心发布消息说400万的数字是没有权威消息来源的。
直接的讲就是谣言。今年人数会有增加但是不至于到400万。增加了40万的可能性是有的。不过报考人数和你考研又有什么关系呢？都准备这么久了，就是1000万人来考，又能怎么样?
总有人会赢，为什么不是我呢？！要有霸气！
一个重要表达：

There are some good arguments for a technical education given the right kind of student.
