职责描述
-
Work closely and independently with local BD team in the expansion activities for all brands and strictly follow the project schedule set by the company.

Support extensively and promptly all functions related to store operation (Construction, IT, HR, VM, store audit, government inspection, customer complaints, etc.) in each region in daily work, provide legal advice, review contracts and other legal documentations, make sure the company’s contract management policy and other compliance routine is well executed and followed by each region.

Work with internal stakeholders to minimize the potential dispute with landlords, vendors or other third parties in relation to store operation.

Work with business partners to improve and enhance various business processes, including pipeline management and project management processes.

Support special projects and legal matters assigned by the management if necessary as the case may be, e.g. business integration, potential lawsuits (with assistance from external lawyer if necessary).
任职需求
-
University or master of law degree, PRC bar admission. Experience to study aboard or foreign bar qualification is a plus.

5-8 years of post-qualification legal experience from reputable MNC’s in-house team or international/PRC firm, experience in retail sector is preferred.

Excellent legal skills (drafting, negotiating and analytical) and high efficiency.

Strong business acumen, ability to analyse complex legal problems and develop suitable solutions.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude and highest integrity.

Ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities.
-
Ability to work within a global, matrix environment.
