我们每个人的心中

应该有一片净土，

这片净土宁静地

散播着诚实与真理。

这是我们的圣地，

也是我们的净地，

它神圣且不可侵犯，

我们应该细心呵护。

当我们让它成为

自己所珍视的地方，

并始终敬畏着心中

这片神圣庄严的净土时，

众人才会同样敬畏我们。

We all need to find the Pure Land within ourselves in orderto face the constant change and noise of the world, by which we are often madementally weary. Therefore, it’s important to create a quiet space forourselves, give ourselves a time to ponder and think; a time to light incense,find our breath, sit in mediation, and let our body and mind feel empty andclear. It is during these times of solitude and quiet that we will feel closestto our true selves.
