Your new company: A subsidiary of one of China’s top insurance firm is looking for several Chinese speaking Sales Associate to join their expanding residential real estate sales arm.

Your new role:
New business development, meeting required levels of sales activity and targets
Building long term relationships with potential Chinese clients, ensuring best practice and solutions are delivered to the customer
Deliver technical presentations and providing in-depth training to their customers
Work with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery
What skills/ abilities you will need to succeed:
Must be fluent in both written and Chinese with English level above IELTS 6.5+ level
The candidate must possess an UK bachelor and/or UK master’s degree and must be present in the UK at the time of application.
Commercial awareness
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness to help influence decisions
You must have the ability to work on your own initiative but also as part of a small team working in a multi skilled environment
A strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude is essential
Professional appearance and behaviour
Proficient IT skills
There would be the occasional travel to China, so all candidates must be prepared to work away.
