• Support on events / project management
◦ Cross-team communication and coordination before, during and after events / projects, including but not limited in
▪ Info collection template preparation
▪ Tasks follow-up and summary
▪ Design review and follow-up
▪ Support on summary reports draft-up
◦ Event detail follow up with external vendors
◦ Onsite support, if necessary
• Support on content management
◦ Marketing materials preparation and localization (including translation, content consolidation, design review, etc.)
◦ Event / activity presentation draft-up
• Prepare & update customer profiles, maintain marketing relative functions in CRM system
• Online competitor/customer/product information searching and summarize into templated reports
• Other related work and ad-hoc tasks
• Technical requirements: Basic oral and written English
• Academic Background: Junior student in university or above
