工作职责：

1. Design sophisticated test fixtures for analog &mix-analog devices.

2. Write and debug test programs to automate device testing.

3. Create demonstration development programs andpresentations.

4. Identify trends in customer IC development; brainstormand implement new techniques for meeting new test challenges.

5. Reproduce customer problems for software/hardwareengineering to correct, and provide interim solutions to keep our customer'sproduction flowing.

6. Travel to customer sites

任职资格及要求：

1. Bachelor Degree orAbove in E.E., Automation, Fine Instrumentation or Relating Disciplines ， at least 3 years working experience

2. Knowledge of UNIX,Windows NT, C, VB, C++

3. Experience of ICDesign or ATE is Preferred

4. Strong English andMandarin Communication Skills

5. StrongInterpersonal Skills and Problem Solving Skills

6. Good at Team Work

7. Willing to Travel
