安永在剑桥大学设立了新办公室！

随着对英格兰东部业务的投资， 安永已将其办公室迁至剑桥 。新中心为安永目前现有的200名剑桥团队成员提供了更大的空间。

剑桥是英国东部的一座城市，有着悠久而著名的创新历史。自1209年起，剑桥大学就在这里落户， 从此成为世界上科技发展最集中的地区 。例如，2023年全球创新指数（GII）将剑桥列为规模最大的科技集群，领先于旧金山的圣何塞和剑桥的长期竞争对手牛津(位居第三)。

As it invests in its operations in the East of England, EY has moved its office in Cambridge. The new hub offers space to expand on the firm’s current 200 Cambridge team members.

Cambridge is a city in eastern England which has a long and prestigious history of innovation. Home to the University of Cambridge since 1209, it has since become the most concentrated clusters of scientific and technological development in the world. For example, the 2023 Global Innovation Index (GII) named Cambridge as the number one science and technological (S&T) cluster by intensity, in relation to its size, ahead of San Jose, San Francisco, and Cambridge’s long-time rival Oxford in third.

As EY looks to tap into that rich vein of innovation and local talent, EY has relocated into a new office in Cambridge. The locale at One Cambridge Square is located in the mixed-use urban Cambridge North development, and coincides with the end of the firm’s lease at One Cambridge Business Park, where the firm has been based for nearly two decades.

The new building will provide EY’s Cambridge team with a modern workspace with more areas for in-person collaboration and technology-enabled meeting rooms. The office also has thorough green credentials – with an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating, LED lighting throughout, and storage for some 350 bikes.

The news is also encouraging news for Cambridge’s local economy. EY’s Cambridge office already employs nearly 200 people across assurance, tax, consulting and other business services. The new office offers the chance to expand this further, and the firm remains committed to strengthening the business with exceptional talent to cater to the growing needs of its clients. In the last financial year, for example, EY Cambridge welcomed 16 graduates and school leavers as the business continues to expand to meet client demand.
